Andy Hayes

Andy Hayes is the founder of NXTsports and serves as President & CEO of the company. This spring Andy enters his ninth season as head lacrosse coach at Episcopal Academy in Philadelphia’s highly competitive Inter-Ac league. Andy also serves as President of the Eastern Pennsylvania Scholastic Lacrosse Association, has designed well-regarded lacrosse training curriculums for all age levels, and frequently lectures at coaching clinics nationwide. He recently was invited to give his lecture - Youth Practice 3.0 - on the live demo field at the 2012 U.S. Lacrosse Convention.
A standout athlete, Andy captained the varsity lacrosse and soccer teams at Trinity College (CT) while earning a B.S. in Biology. He resides in Bala Cynwyd, PA with his wife Tina.
Peter Lawrence
President, Trashcan Lacrosse and Cradle Lacrosse

Peter Lawrence serves as Head Men’s Lacrosse Coach at the University of Hartford, and as President of NXTsports’ Trashcan and Cradle lacrosse divisions. Under Coach Law’s leadership, NXT has created truly unique, innovative and replicable curriculums for both Trashcan and Cradle. As the 2011 NEILA Coach of the Year, Coach Law guided Hartford to the 2011 America East Championship and earned the Hawks their first-ever berth in the NCAA tournament.
Peter was a standout player at Roanoke College where he led the Maroons to three straight NCAA Division III Tournament appearances, was a two time All-American selection, and was drafted by the Bridgeport Barrage of the MLL. Lawrence resides in West Hartford, CT with his wife Meghan and children Finn (6) and Rowan (5).
Joel Zuercher

Joel serves as Chief Operating Officer and General Counsel of NXT Sports, overseeing day-to-day operations, financial planning, and business development. Prior to joining NXT Joel was an associate with Pepper Hamilton LLP in Philadelphia specializing in antitrust litigation. Before attending law school Joel worked in finance for the Philadelphia Phillies and as a producer for Fox Sports International in Los Angeles.
Joel graduated from Williams College (MA) in 1996, where he played baseball and basketball. He earned a J.D. from Temple University's Beasley School of Law in 2005. He currently resides in Philadelphia with his wife Jill, and children Harper (6), and Trevor (4).
Elise Wakeland

Elise Wakeland joined NXT as Director, Girls Programs in November 2011. Elise joined NXT from deBeer Lacrosse where she worked for three years as an event director and grassroots marketing manager. Wakeland oversees NXT's fast-growing group of girls events, including the Philly Girls Showcase and Showcase Camp, and the Girls Summer Slam tournament.
A native of Kennebunkport, Maine, Wakeland is a 2009 graduate of Union College where she received her degree cum laude in Psychology. She was a four-year member of the women’s lacrosse team, and also lettered for two seasons in field hockey.
Steve Musacchio

Steve Musacchio serves as President of NXTsports NXT Training division. Steve is a highly-sought after coach who specializes in helping healthy and injured athletes reach their highest levels of performance.
As president of NXT Training, Steve has created a program dedicated to teaching young athletes about physical conditioning, the importance of nutrition, and how to truly train as a potential college athlete.
Steve received a B.S. in Health & Behavior Management from the University of Delaware and a Masters degree in Education and Sport Physiology from West Chester University. He serves as the Strength and Conditioning Director at Episcopal Academy, and previously served as Assistant Strength and Conditioning Coach for the Philadelphia Eagles.
Marty Kupprion

Marty Kupprion serves as NXT's Philadelphia Regional Director, and in that role he oversees all NXT's lacrosse educational programming in the region. Marty also serves as NXTsports' Director of Social Media and as Head Coach of the NXT 2014 club team.
"Coach Kupp" works as a lower-school writing specialist at Episcopal Academy and serves as Assistant Varsity Lacrosse Coach. He was a star player at Episcopal and at the University of Delaware, where he earned a degree in elementary education and was a member of the 2007 Blue Hen Final Four team. Marty also holds a masters degree in education from Cabrini College. When not teaching or coaching, Kupp can be found NXTing on his roof deck in downtown Philly.
Kara Geiman

Kara Geiman joined NXT full-time as Assistant Director of Operations in November, 2011. In her role, Kara is responsible for managing all day-to-day issues facing the company and she also directs the NXT summer internship program.
Geiman is a 2011 graduate of Messiah College, where she was a member of the women’s lacrosse team and as a senior was selected to play in the IWLCA/Under Armour North-South Senior All-Star Game.
A native of Westminster, MD and a graduate of Winters Mill High School, Geiman started as a NXTsports intern in the summer or 2011.
